I've finally had to chance to see Skream & Benga (joined on-stage by Plastician, Hudson Mohawke, 12th Planet and Caspa) perform together after an entire summer of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Those two short hours were probably the most fun I have ever had in front of a set of (very large) speakers. Both producers pulled out their best tunes from the past few months and even threw in some new surprises (I'm pretty sure they played a new Magnetic Man track, didn't record it but it was good). The crowd was a little weak, but a few of us in front knew nearly every tune they threw out, and being in good company you bet your ass we sang along. Don't judge.
